Our design, engineering and project management staff have thermoforming process experience which is beneficial to any tooling project. Relying on this experience our technical staff will consider all tooling parameters which can affect part quality, clarity, material distribution and mold cycle times. These tooling parameters include: optimized cooling and ventilation, plug geometry, plug offset and timing, sheet clamping and part stripping. Equally important, our technical staff will consider all of the non-tooling parameters which can affect the part quality and the mold efficiency. These parameters include: the type and gauge of the film to be run, oven size, heat zoning, air/vacuum/water delivery, connections and controls.
