Experienced in the thermoforming process, ODC’s design and engineering staff will utilize their knowledge in providing formed parts of exceptional quality. With forming capabilities of 6” depth of draw and a maximum mold size of 30” x 30” on a 3rd motion pressure former, ODC has the size and capacity to assist you. All thermoplastic film including PET, OPS, PP, PLA, CPET etc. can be processed using vacuum/pressure in RenShape or aluminum. Plug assist geometry will be fully tested and optimized leading to down gauging opportunities. Trimming of formed parts is available.
ODC believes that prototyping your new project is an important activity leading to improved performance when your project moves to the production mold phase. The transfer of information including CNC cutter paths is consistent and seamless leading to faster production launches and shorter production tooling deliveries. Project management and engineering staff that were hands on your prototype project oversee production mold manufacture and are available for post-delivery process consultation in your facility.
